According to educational philosophy statement “Learning by doing to become a good bachelor”, students of Accounting and Business Management Faculty as well as students of Advanced Training Program on Agribusiness Management anually have field- trips and get precious experiences in enterprises.

On June 20th, 2020, the Faculty organized a field trip for students of Advanced Training Program on Agribusiness Management Batch 62 to experience at Successful start-up cooperative, Muc Dong agriculture and service  Cooperative. Muc Dong agriculture and service  Cooperative is one of successful startup cooperative in Tuong Thuy 2 Village, Trac Van Commune, Duy Tien Town, Ha Nam. In the meeting, Director Tran Ngoc Tu introduced the start-up process, organizational model, resources and business strategy of the cooperative. Students had permission to visit the production, storage and preliminary processing areas. The cooperative operation is applied modern Dutch model with closed process to ensure the the uniformity in each product. Dairy cows are free to move, listening to music and having sunbathe every morning; the cow barns had camera and the standard sterilization system. Cooperative products are ensured 5 standards : No using industrial bran, No genetically modified food, No lactation hormones, No preservatives, No antibiotic residues. Consumers can access product origin by checking product QR .

By taking the field-trip, students had a chance to understand how to start a business, operating model, production and business model, as well as how to manage resources in an enterprise; especifically, student could link the academic knowledge with reality. The startup experiences will contribute to motivate the students to be more confident with their future plans. It also strengthen the cooperation between the Faculty as well as the University and enterprises.
